Our operations allow insurance groups seeking to terminate specific insurance activities or portfolios to transfer their operations to CTC, thereby providing balance sheet finality and release of shareholder value.
The division provides the full range of run-off expertise, including actuarial loss reserve assessment, claims handling, accounting, and company secretarial, regulatory and compliance functions.
