Charles Taylor Underwriting Agencies Limited (CTUA) was set up to develop Coverholder and Managing General Agency business. CTUA is a Lloyd’s approved Coverholder.
CTUA has been instrumental in creating a property and casualty package for UK Fire and Rescue Authorities, using bespoke cover wordings addressing the specific needs of the sector.
CTC manages the Wavelength consortium, which provides cover for ports and terminals.
CTUA acts as a Coverholder in the following business areas:
- Property and Liability covers for ports and terminals operators
- Property and Liability covers for the Public Sector
- Scheme and affinity business
- Professional Liability risks
CTUA seeks to develop and deliver bespoke insurance products and solutions that meet the precise requirements of its customers, who encompass a wide variety of businesses and risks.
CTUA works in ‘partnership’ with insurers, insurance brokers, risk managers and other key business influencers to find risk management solutions for those clients and businesses. CTUA benefits from being able to draw upon the skills, knowledge and resources of the whole of the CTC group and its worldwide network of offices and contacts.
