Acquisition of Finistere Life Assurance Company Ltd
The life run-off business of the listed company Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces today (14th June 2010) that it has completed the acquisition of Guernsey - registered Finistere Life Assurance Company Limited from Carey Group, the international financial services group headquartered in Guernsey. The transaction has been approved by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the Isle of Man Insurance and Pensions Authority.
